Jessica Meyer, a physician assistant with Holy Family Memorial Primary Care, and Lexi Otis, a health educator with Manitowoc County Public Health Department, will be hosting a tobacco cessation health talk on Monday, November 18 at HFM Lakefront Campus in Two Rivers form 6-7 p.m. Meyer will provide information on lung cancer awareness and share resources and information to help individuals quit smoking.

American College of Cardiology NCDR Chest Pain—MI Registry Platinum Award recognizes high standards of patient care Holy Family Memorial has received the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain ̶ MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2019. This is the fifth consecutive year that HFM has received the recognition for heart attack care, and they are one of only 225 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor.
