As part of this expert team of caregivers, Cheryl and Doreen will offer prompt, personal treatment for a variety of non-life threatening ailments and injuries.

Dr. Graf provides non-surgical orthopaedic care, including non-surgical spine, musculoskeletal medicine and functional medicine to treat a wide-variety of conditions, including sports injuries, spinal disorders, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and pain management.

Holy Family Memorial has received the Mission: Lifeline® Silver Receiving Quality Achievement Award and Mission: Lifeline® NSTEMI Silver Quality Achievement Award for implementing specific quality improvement measures outlined by the American Heart Association for the treatment of patients who suffer severe heart attacks. Every year, more than 250,000 people experience an ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) the deadliest type of heart attack caused by a blockage of blood flow to the heart that requires timely treatment.

Sportsmetrics is the first ACL injury prevention program scientifically proven to help young athletes avoid non-contact ACL injuries and improve performance.
